Arteflame ONE20 — 20″ One Series Flat-Top Charcoal Grill & Fire Bowl

Steakhouse Quality Grilling for Any Size Space

Don’t let a smaller patio or courtyard limit your culinary ambition. The Arteflame ONE20 is the uncompromising solution for those who want the intense heat and flavor of a wood-fired grill without the massive footprint.

This isn't just a miniature grill; it’s a condensed powerhouse. Designed to deliver the same 1,000°F+ searing temperatures as our commercial units, the ONE20 lets you achieve that perfect, caramelized steakhouse crust right at home. Whether you are cooking for two or hosting an intimate gathering, this grill proves that good things truly come in small packages.

1. The Steakhouse Experience at Home

Gas grills simply cannot replicate the flavor of real wood fire. The ONE20 generates intense heat at the center, allowing you to hard-sear steaks at over 1,000°F. Once you have the perfect crust, move your protein to the flat-top plancha to finish bringing it to temperature. The result? Juicy, restaurant-quality ribeye and strips in your own backyard.

2. A "Powerhouse" Footprint

At just 20 inches in diameter, this grill fits perfectly in tight spaces—small patios, urban courtyards, or cozy garden corners. Despite its compact size, it offers 300+ square inches of cooking surface. It’s efficient, sleek, and leaves plenty of room for your guests to mingle.

3. Multi-Zone Versatility

The cooktop naturally creates distinct heat zones.

• Center: Blazing hot for searing steaks and chops.
• Middle: Perfect for burgers, chicken, and roasting veggies.
• Outer Edge: Ideal for warming buns, frying eggs, or keeping food hot.

• Bonus: The solid flat-top means you can cook breakfast (bacon and eggs) or delicate fish without anything falling through the grates.

4. From Dinner to Design Feature

The ONE20 is crafted from a single piece of CORTEN "weathering" steel. It is designed to live outdoors year-round, developing a beautiful, protective patina over time. When the cooking is done, simply remove the cooktop, toss in a few logs, and you have a stunning modern fire bowl to gather around.

Care & Maintenance

Low Maintenance, High Durability.

The ONE20 is designed to stay outside. The Corten body will naturally weather to a handsome, rust-orange color that protects the steel.

• The Cooktop: Treat it like a cast-iron skillet. While warm, scrape it clean and apply a light coat of oil (using the included seasoning puck) to maintain the non-stick seasoning.

• No scrubbing required: The fire does the heavy cleaning for you.

Note: Because this uses real wood/charcoal, please ensure you have proper ventilation and clearance. Ideal for ground-floor patios and open-air courtyards.
